Notice: Submission of Creditor Objections Regarding Merger
On October 22, 2024, Puzzle AI Co., Ltd. (Party A) and Douyubi Co., Ltd. (Party B), in accordance with Articles 527-2 and 527-3 of the Commercial Act, have resolved at their respective board meetings that Party A will absorb and merge with Party B, succeeding all rights and obligations, and Party B will be dissolved (merger date: November 29, 2024). Creditors who object to this merger resolution are requested to submit their objections as detailed below.
