Notice: Announcement of Merger and Sovereignty Submission
On October 22, 2024, Puzzle AI Co., Ltd. and Douyubi Co., Ltd., in accordance with Article 527-2 and Article 527-3 of the Commercial Act, respectively, decided to merge (A) to take over their rights and obligations and (B) and resolve to disband (merger date: November 29, 2024), so creditors who have objections to this merger resolution should submit their objections as follows. Also, shareholders and pledgees of the company should submit their old sovereignty to the company within the above period.
