PuzzleAI has received selection as a supplier for the 2022 AI Voucher Support Project from the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA). This selection showcases the company’s strong capabilities in artificial intelligence technology. Specifically, the project provides vouchers to medical institutions and small businesses in need of AI technology. Consequently, these vouchers enable them to utilize suppliers’ AI solutions. In addition, PuzzleAI has partnered with Daejeon Sun Hospital, a selected demand institution, to provide cutting-edge medical services.

VoiceEMR: An Innovative AI Solution for Medical Records

PuzzleAI developed the VoiceEMR solution, allowing healthcare professionals to create electronic medical records (EMRs) using voice. The proprietary AI voice recognition technology learns from thousands of hours of medical voice data from a mixed healthcare environment. Therefore, this model can seamlessly convert audio used in radiological interpretations into real-time medical records with a 95% accuracy rate. Moreover, its compatibility requires no integration with existing programs. As a result, this leads to high satisfaction rates among medical personnel.

With the introduction of VoiceEMR, Daejeon Sun Hospital aims to enhance its workflow in radiology. The hospital seeks to improve its creation of real-time electronic medical records while simultaneously focusing on image interpretations. To achieve this, the project plans to meet several objectives, including:

In addition to VoiceEMR, PuzzleAI developed VoiceENR, which serves as the world’s first solution for nursing record-keeping. This innovative technology significantly reduces nurses’ documentation time.
