Notice: Announcement of Merger Completion Report
On October 22, 2024, the Board of Directors of Puzzle AI Co., Ltd. and Doyoubi Co., Ltd. respectively resolved that (A) would absorb and merge with (B), succeeding its rights and obligations, and (B) would be dissolved. Both companies have completed the merger procedures as stipulated by the Commercial Act, and in accordance with Article 526 of the Commercial Act, instead of holding a general meeting to report the merger, we hereby announce that this Board resolution and public notice will serve as the merger report.
