While working in the United States, our founder witnessed the rise of Health Information Systems (HIS) but also saw the challenges they posed—complex interfaces and burdensome documentation. Driven to alleviate these pain points, we embarked on a journey to create intuitive solutions that empower healthcare professionals.

Who We Are

PuzzleAI consists of a team of medical professionals with combined experience in 15+ years and technical team that has extensive experience in the hospital information technology space.

The Beginning

Signed MOUs with Seoul National University Hospital and Yongin Severance Hospital, and officially launched VoiceEMR (now PuzzleSCRIBE), an electronic medical record system.

2019

Momentum

In collaboration with Seoul National University and Yongin Severance Hospital, we operated a telemedicine system for COVID-19 consultations, signed an MOU with Gachon University Gil Medical Center for PuzzleSCRIBE, and launched "Health Consulting Services" targeting overseas Koreans.

2020

We received approval for ICT Sandbox services related to overseas communities, introduced PuzzleSCRIBE for Nurses and launched both PuzzleCONSENT for healthcare services and PuzzleCONSENT Telehealth services at Yongin Severance Hospital.

2021

Scale

We secured Series B funding, were selected as a key business by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups for the "200 Youth Projects," chosen as the pitching team for a new healthcare subsidiary, and relocated our main office to Seoul.

Working with over 170 hospitals, we have continuously improved our products and AI models based on their feedback. This commitment has led to the creation of impactful solutions like PuzzleO Nursing and Pathology, designed alongside our partner hospitals to meet their unique needs.
